our community service projects serve over
people per year.
At Rho Sigma Lambda, we have a broad interpretation of community. Our community service projects pertain to various issues in our diverse service area. So, no matter how you define yourself, be it by identity or shared experience you'll have a great opportunity to help us serve within the community.
Our Annual Toy Drive is design to help less fortunate children experience the joy of Christmas. We seek to play an active role in the development of one of our state's most valuable resources - our children. This year's Toy Drive will be on December 11, 2021

back-2-school parent expo
The South Metro Atlanta Alphas participated in the 10th Annual Parent Expo held by Communities In Schools on July 24, 2021 at McDonough High School. It was truly an amazing event in which we were honored to have the Chair of the Henry County Commissioners Carlotta Horrell, Henry County Sheriff Reginald Scandrett, the Henry County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Mary Elizabeth Davis, the Mayor for the City of Stockbridge Anthony Ford, the Ola High School AFJROTC cadets, GEICO, Georgia Power, Rising Phoenix, Sam's Club, Kona Ice and the educators of McDonough Middle School be apart of this wonderful event. During this event we were able to hand out more than 1,100 book bags and schools supplies as well as provide Henry County families with more than 1,500 meals. We look forward to working with Communities In Schools, the Henry County Sheriff's Office, the Henry County Board of Education and the residents of Henry County at the 2022 Parent Expo!
